Batman: Arkham Asylum

I'm not exactly sure what "deceptively good" means, but I think I get what Joystiq is trying to say with the new Batman: Arkham Asylum trailer.  The visuals are pretty solid, it shows a few characters, some more gritty environments; it's better than the last "trailer" which was essentially panning over some screenshots.

What we really need to see is some gameplay!  How do the characters move in the engine, what sorts of things can Batman do?  Is it going to get repetitive or stay interesting?  We have no idea!
